RAFTING

White water rafting, one of the best things I’ve ever done. Fun, amazing and such an adrenalin rush. Something you must do.

But first things first and that’s to gear up. The wet suit was a fight and also you feel like such a goofball. Anyway after getting geared up and dressed you start the journey.

When we got to the river it was roaring like a lion. We were put into groups then the adventuring started and off we went on the Tongario River. The rapids were wild and amazing.

 

After a hard and vicious journey through the rapids we finally got to the calm waters where we could jump off the boat and swim. The water was fresh and clean but it was freezing! The swim was great but more rapids came and they were bigger than before. This meant we had to hold on tight.

To summarize this fantastic adventure I’d say it was a life time experience and I recommend you do this.

Moon landing real or fake?

Today we have started to do research on the moon landing and we are searching if it's real or fake. My beliefs are, that it's fake, I believe that there is enough proof to believe that it's fake.
 Firstly there is only one light on the moon and that's the sun then in some photo's the shadows are facing more than one way. That must mean that mean that there was studio lights.
Secondly in the photos there no stars in the photos that were taken and it's proven that if you were on the moon that the stars would be shining brighter than a light bulb.

7's final

On Saturday 24th August, The Fordell sevens team faced Ohakune primary school. But sadly in the end we lost
0-7. they were a great side and were hard to beat.  

The Fordell 7's had a tournament on the 14 of August. I n the end we won all of our games. We played Waverly, Kai Iwi, Aberfeldy, Marton and in the end we played Westmere.   

YEAH we're in the finals for Sevens.

#Really exited for country 7's this term goanna have to play hard!!!
